Tonight I am sitting here watching a movie with my kids. It is about the life of a 'gamer.' This man's entire life was wrapped up in online gaming. He did not have time for work, friends or family. It was all about gaming. So many people are like this. Maybe it is not living for games, but they live for work or live to party. I know people who wrap their entire lives around work. It is all about getting ahead, but at what sacrifice?
When we put work, gaming, or whatever first, then we are sacrificing our relationship with God and our family. What are you putting before God and your family? I encourage you to examine your life. Pray and ask God if there is anything above Him and your family.
