This morning during my quiet time, I was just sitting in His presence enjoying being with Jesus when I felt the very strong urge to start saying His name. So over and over I said, "Jesus." Then I sang that sweet old song, "Jesus, Jesus, there's just something about that name. Kings and kingdoms will all pass away, but there's something about that name."
His name is so precious. His name saves. His name calms. His name is power.
When you are afraid, say His name.
When you have a crying baby that will just not calm down, say His name.
When you feel like the world is falling down around you, say His name.
There is power in the name of Jesus! Friends, get excited, worship His sweet name!

I love Jesus, there is something so powerful about saying His name. There have been times when the only thing I could do was say His name, and that was enough. When I was reading this post I thought of a line in a song by Tenth Avenue North, "He will break open the skies for anyone calls His name". Lovely post Jenifer, Blessings to you.
