You may be surprised to see me blogging tonight. I don't normally do anything bloggy on Saturday. But my sweet bloggy friend, Tracy from My Daily Walk In His Grace, tagged me in her post, so I thought I would join in on the fun. This "tag" is to share ten things about myself. I love learning about people and getting to know them so today I will share about me.
- I was named after my beautiful great-grandmother, my Nanny. In turn, I named my daughter after her as well.
- I love movies set in the 1800s. As a matter of fact, I am watching one right now. (smiles)
- I love shows in black and white such as I Love Lucy and Leave It To Beaver. My son will not watch with me because he thinks it is so crazy that tv does not have color!
- I played piano when I was younger, and desperately want to relearn but haven't taken that step yet.

see Courageous last night - I love the beach and the country. My ideal home would be the beach at my back door and the country at my front door.
- I love playing all kinds of games; card games and board games.
- I hate to be alone and avoid it at all costs.
- Even though I love to be around people, I am extremely quiet.
- When my husband first decided to get texting on our cell phones, I was so upset. I couldn't understand why we would pay money for something so silly. Now I text constantly.
- I cannot sleep with the closet door open.

Hi Jenifer,
ReplyDeleteHow fun to learn a few things about you, like the closet door being open:) I have to say that I agree, it is so untidy to leave a door open.
Okay, a few things about me.
I was born on an Indian Reserve, where my dad and mom were ministering.
I have four kids, counting my sweet step-girls.
I love to spend time alone.
I LOVE to see beautiful people, things, animals, scenery.
That's all I can think of.
Have a wonderful Sunday, Jenifer.
Love and hugs, Cindy
Love learning that about you Cindy! How neat that you were born on an Indian reserve! :)
ReplyDeleteI like your ten things, escpecially: 7,8 and 10.
ReplyDeleteHi Jenifer - Its good to learn more things about you. I also learnt the piano as a child and want to relearn now. Isn't it funny how we all have quirks that make us unique and interesting?
ReplyDeleteGod bless, have an awesome week
Tracy
