For more go to Woman to Woman Ministries for Marriage Monday, everyone is welcome!
Continuing to count God's sweet blessings:
- New faces to our Wednesday night Bible study.
- Seeing the passion and excitement of new believers.
- An evening out to dinner with a group of friends.
- Someone greatly blessing us so that we could go to that dinner.
- Sleeping in with my family on a Saturday morning.
- My sweet husband making dinner for the kids and I.
- Gathering together with believers and praying for our church.
- Pepsi, which is way better than Coke {that is for you, Lisa, smiles}
- Quiet Sunday afternoons at home.
- The power we have in His sweet name.
What are you praising God for today?
Sweet Blessings~

Excuse me, but Coke is way better than Pepsi! ;) Love your list today - we have similar blessings on our lists. God is so good!
ReplyDeleteIt's always nice to know there are others who struggle with the same things i do. Thanks for your message and your love for the Lord. My blog is at travisinbloom.blogspot.com.
ReplyDeleteNope. Pepsi wins, Lisa! Hopping over to read more!
ReplyDeleteYay Lindsay! ;)
ReplyDeleteDefinitely Coke!
ReplyDeleteYour ost reminded me of the book "For Women Only" by Shaunti Feldham. Have you read it?
Ellen, I haven't read that, I'll have to check into it. Thanks!
ReplyDeletepepsi all the way ;) your post made me want a pepsi really bad LOL. Great list and great post at
ReplyDeletew2w.
So thankful for men willing to set a standard apart from the world's expectations and desires, and thankful that my husband is that kind of man!
ReplyDeleteVisiting from Messy Monday today :)
Pepsi, thank you and not the Sugarless either, thanks!:)
ReplyDeleteI believe God made us all beautiful in His eyes, and what we do with what He has given us is important to Him. The word of God says that we are "unwise" to compare ourselves among ourselves. I have had to remind myself of that quite often. But, as I age, I care less and less about comparing. I am who I am, and God loves me and so does my husband and that is all that matters.
Hugs, Cindy
I am coke girl myself.
ReplyDeleteThank you for writing this today, I have always struggled with body image issues, it doesn't matter how hard I try I will never come close to looking like a Victoria Secret model, I would rather be a Proverbs 31 woman.
Blessings to you Jenifer.
Enjoyed the post at Women to Women, thanks for pointing the way. I also love your thankfulness list (and I'm with you re the Pepsi, lol).
ReplyDeleteThis was another wonderful list Jenifer, but I'm with Lisa on the soda preference... :-)
ReplyDeleteAnd just to shed a male perspective on the body image question, in my opinion anyways, the light of Christ shining from within makes any lady truly beautiful.
Have a Blessed Day!
Coke-lite for me - great post over at Marriage Monday Jenifer!
ReplyDeleteGod bless
