"The eternal God is your refuge,
and underneath are the everlasting arms."
Deuteronomy 33:27
I love this picture. When our arms are raised up to Him, He is right there with His arms wide open for us. Whatever you are facing today, reach out to Him.

ReplyDeleteWelcome Gen! :)
ReplyDeleteI love this... Like a child waiting for Daddy's arms to lift her into an embrace :)
ReplyDeleteI've always loved the symbolism of these types of photographs. It's so easy to remember that as children, we always had to reach up to our Father and it's no different with God. He's always there, we just have to reach out to Him! Reminds me of one of my favorite songs by Casting Crowns called "Praise You In This Storm"
ReplyDeleteAmen, amen.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful, thank you ~
ReplyDeleteHi Jenifer - that is such a profound and humbling truth for which I praise the Lord. God bless

Your words are so true, Jenifer. I don't know what I would do if I did not have the Lord. He keeps me smiling, loving and laughing.

I love that too! It reminds me of that song by Paul Baloche "To the Cross." It says, "Your hand are stretched out wide, I hold my hands up high to my Savior." Love that!:)
ReplyDeleteI love this picture and verse too. Raising my hands always :)
