You have little eyes all around you.
These little eyes watch how you respond to that pickup that just cut you off in traffic.
These little eyes watch what you do when the store clerk gives you too much change.
These little eyes see what you are doing online.
These little eyes take note of your response when your spouse asks you to help them with something.
These little eyes watch how you handle the pressures of life each day.
The amazing thing is, these little eyes remember it all.
What are the little eyes in your life seeing today?
Sweet Blessings~

SO true Jenifer, I am acutely aware of this as I am still at my daughter's house. We are each one a living testimony to something, all of the time. They learn by watching us, what we really believe and if we do or say it, they think it's fine for them to do or say it.
ReplyDeleteMy husband always says that whatever we do or say, the next generation will take it a degree further. That's why it's so important for us to be VERY good examples of Christ, it's the next generations hope.
I want to Thank you for praying for my daughter. She is getting back on her feet. The incision is not healing as it should be, though.
Hugs, Cindy
So true! They learn so much from me. Praying that even when I fail, they see God through it. Thanks for the reminder.
ReplyDeleteGreat reminder, Jenifer. Your words reminded me of the song Slow Fade my Casting Crowns.
ReplyDeleteThose little eyes have a good way of keeping me in His clutches! Although, I did notice yesterday that my daughter tends to leave piles of stuff on her dresser and night stand... clutter everywhere. Then I realized, so do I :) A work in progress... so glad I'm His work! Great post!
ReplyDeleteYou are so right, we need to be careful of our actions because their eyes see everything. Our actions whether good or bad, will form their actions in the future. Thank you for linking up friend!
