Today's dare is one of the hardest dares in the book.  It is one of the hardest things we can do in life.  But to have a solid marriage, a good marriage, you must have this, forgiveness.  Forgiveness has to happen or a successful marriage won't.  We hold on to unforgiveness for many reasons.  We don't think the other person deserves our forgiveness, we want to punish the other person by not forgiving, or we want to hold on to them and keep them in that prison of guilt.  But the truth is, we we hold on to unforgiveness, we are the ones who are hurting the most.  We are the ones locked in that prison.  To read more, join me at Woman to Woman Ministries for Marriage Monday.

481. Forty-eight hours "unplugged" from everything.

482. Camping with church family.

483. Spending time in nature and enjoying God's creation.

484. Floating down the river, even though we had to walk most of the trip due to the low water.

485. Safety for all while floating (hiking).

486. S'mores.

487. God's sense of humor.

488. Hard, heavy, long rain two nights straight.  Even though it was the two nights we went camping. {smiles}

489. My husband working so hard for our church camp out.

490. Seeing my church family working as a team.

491. A beautiful country sunset. 

492. Indoor plumbing.

493. Running water.

494. Air conditioning.

495. A comfortable and soft bed.

496. Epson salt to sooth my little one's sore feet from walking on river rocks.

497. A break in the heat this morning.

498. Catching up on some sleep.

499. Waking up with Jesus on my mind.

500. A new week and new mercies.
