At Emeals, you tell them where you grocery shop, how many in your family and your eating style. Then each week Emeals sends you a weekly meal plan that has recipes and even has the grocery list ready for you! How neat is that!?
Emeals has sent me some wonderful recipes that I would not have otherwise tried. Peachy Chicken Picante, One Dish Ranch Chicken, Beef Stuffed Peppers, oh don't these sound delicious!? {Look for some of these great recipes and much more on upcoming Tasty Tuesday posts over at Woman to Woman Ministries!}
Last year my 'one word' was intentional. I wanted to be intentional in all I do, including meal planning for my family. Emeals helps with that! They give you very detailed meal plans that fit your family.
Are you on a low cal diet? Gluten free diet? Vegetarian or vegan? Clean eating? Don't worry! Emeals fits every life style! So why not try it!

Hi, I just found your blog through Faith Messenger :) I've never tried E-meals but I definitely agree: over half the fitness/health battle is just preparation! I tried Freshology's meal delivery service once - it was AMAZING! ...Looking fwd to reading more of your blog! ♥

That sounds wonderful, I wish I could afford to sign my daughter up on this, she really hates planning and trying to figure out what to cook. Perhaps i should do it for her birthday... thanks for the idea.
