Mother's Day holds many precious memories for me.  Last year was a wonderful Mother's Day for me.  Each Mother's Day my children let me sleep in as they get ready on their own and present me with homemade cards. I treasure these.  Last year my children decided to go the extra mile.  My oldest is now fifteen and she made breakfast completely on her own for me.  The kids had the table set with candles, place mats, and a video playing with pictures of the kids and I. It was so special.  I loved that they did all of this to show me how much they love me. After breakfast we went to church, then to the park for a family bbq.  I love getting together with my family.  These times together are so special to me.  My grandparents, parents, siblings and their families and my family.  We had lunch, played baseball and played on the play ground.  These are precious memories I will cherish always.
