Anne wrote -along with Matthew West and Jeff Pardo- My Jesus after the death of her brother. In 2017 She lost her brother, who was also her best friend. Through her shock and grief, she heard God say, "Anne, are you going to trust Me or are you not."

Anne began journaling and while looking back on her journal entries, she realized that she never just said God, Jesus, or Lord. She always said my Jesus.

Anne just released her first book, My Jesus: From Heartache to Hope where she shares the story of her family and the remarkable journey through the loss of her brother, hearing God's voice, and going from plans of being an astronaut to singing Christian music.

My Jesus: From Heartache to Hope is a powerful book, but also an emotional book. As a mom, hearing the story of Anne's family losing their son and brother was difficult. But as someone who has lost loved ones over the last few years, it hit me hard, yet reading through my own tears, it reminded me of the hope and joy we have in Jesus, even through the difficult times.
