Therefore, since we are receiving a
kingdom that cannot be shaken, let
us be thankful. By it, we may serve
God acceptably, with reverence and
awe, or our God is a consuming fire.

We have so much to be thankful for. Even if God never does another thing for us in this lifetime, our salvation alone is reason to give thanks and praise to Him.
