Lord, our Lord, how magnificent is
Your name throughout the earth! You
have covered the heavens with Your majesty.

Today as I read through Psalm 8, I was overcome with emotion. God is so good. So marvelous. So majestic. So powerful. He is worthy of all our praise.

It can be so easy to get up in the morning and get our day started. Brew some coffee, shower, start on chores, and continue about our day without ever pausing to just worship God. Even in our quiet time it can be easy to go through the quiet time "check-list" of reading our Bible and praying, even then forgetting to just worship Him.
We ask for forgiveness of our sins and we lift needs to God, but do we just worship? Do we sit with God and tell Him how wonderful He is? How much we love Him? Do we lift His name on high?
