WEEKLY BLESSINGS {8/19/24}

The one who lives under the protection of the
Most High dwells in the shadow of the Almighty.
Psalm 91:1 CSB

Psalm 91 tells us that we are protected by God. The NLT version says that we "will find rest in the shadow of the Almighty." We are under His care with His hands wrapped around us. In Him we find protection and rest. We only need to dwell in Him.

To dwell in God means to enjoy relationship with Him. To spend time with Him, worship Him, obey Him, praise Him, give Him praise and thanksgiving. When we live in this way, when we dwell in Him, we will find protection and rest.

3720. Time with all of our kids and grandkids.

3721. Our second grandson who turns 2! He was born with an undetected heart defect and we almost lost him. To see him celebrating his second birthday is a miracle.

3722. A powerful church service.

3723. Ending the weekend relaxing on the deck with my husband.

3724. When my 23rd year old daughter comes and lays in bed with my to chat.
